Speak Yourself #6 : The Monochromatic Vision

This world of his
is all shades of azure mist
amusingly for him, indistinguishable
thus, scaling down towards
only shades of gray..
Sky's gray, Ocean's gray,
and ahead again, the prey's gray!

Though what remains unseen
is us, a tailing pod of
black-n-whites, on hunt
unsurprisingly stealthy, in sync
amidst the all-gray!

But the elders hear
the giant, before they see,
surfing the wave,
skimming the gray
sounds, alike
'woods, humans', they say!

He wonders
as the giant flies off
in the distance
if the horizon promises
hues, better than gray?!

Concluding thoughts :
Sometimes the change of perspective, a new reality is needed not only for desiring growth or warmth but for change in vision.
A trichromatic vision is only one of many steps towards evolution, as there's much waiting to be discovered hidden behind hues we don't see, yet!
Everything heard is not seen and everything seen is not heard.
