In a field of poppies,
dusted with dewdrops
fluttering under canopies
of clouds, he stands..
with his face spattered
with raindrops, rolling
down the arms
of his dark coat, coal black..
forming petite pools, reflecting
high woods
winged birds
florescent rainbow, rises up..
upwards, beyond
the canopy with silver linings
towards what
remains hidden, unreflected..
a piece of a puzzle,
a part of the backdrop
remains amiss
out of focus somehow..
a piece of music
a sudden beat drop
remixing a forgotten song
his Muse, a forgotten star!

Concluding thoughts:
A gap in the memory resulting in  fractured thoughts, incomplete truths and complete lies is sometimes enough of an inspiration, a muse, to art, amusing isn't it!
