Speak Yourself #13 : Iron and Rust

The Fire and the Heat,
The Forge and the Anvil
The Hammer and the Tongs
And you thought you knew Hell?
Delusional, aren't you all,
the ones who live in Hubris
expecting to land where
while carrying iron
in your veins?
other than here
to my smithy,
my humble abode!

Pain and suffering
Fears and doubts
Tears and sweat
Trust me to filter it out
from your remains
molding you anew
promises, a few
won't let that iron rust
crafting your renewal
right out of your ruin!

-------------------------------------

Concluding thoughts:
Our ideas of hell are varied, mostly what we won't want to face but to me it seems a place of renewal
and who said that the process is easy? So renewal or ruin, choose one! The choice is yours to make!
